Bloody Radar privacy policy
Last updated: 2026-10-05
Bloody Radar collects no data. There is no account to create, the application sends nothing over the network, and everything you enter stays in your device's storage.
What the application handles
Bloody Radar keeps on the device what you enter: cycle dates, flow, symptoms and their intensity, basal temperature, events, diary notes and the application preferences (theme, language, mode).
This is health-related data, which is why the application is built so that it never leaves the device.
Where it is kept
In the local storage of the device's browser or WebView (localStorage), under these keys:
ciclo-tracker-data-v1— cycle data, symptoms, temperatures and diarybloody-radar-prefs— preferencesbloody-radar-mode— the chosen modebloody-radar-theme— light or dark themebloody-radar-welcomed— whether the welcome has been shown
There is no server of ours that receives or stores any of it, because none of it is ever sent.
No connection, and we check it
The application makes no network calls. That is not a promise printed at the foot of a page: before every release a script rereads the code that ships to the phone and looks for every way of making a request — fetch, XMLHttpRequest, WebSocket, sendBeacon, EventSource. If it finds one, the release stops.
The only exception is the service worker, which uses fetch to cache the application's own files so it works offline: it serves files already on the device and sends nothing.
What is not there
- No account and no registration.
- No analytics or statistics service.
- No advertising and no advertising identifier.
- No third-party SDKs.
- No cookies: the application uses none.
- No sharing with third parties, because there is nothing to share.
How to delete the data
The data is only on your device. To remove it entirely you can uninstall the application, or clear the application's data from the system settings. There is no need to ask us: we have no copy.
Backups
If your device performs an automatic system backup, that backup may include the application's data. That is an operating-system feature, governed by your device settings and the manufacturer's policy, not by us.
Who processes the data
The data controller is GIF Web Solutions. For any request concerning this policy or your data, please use the site's contact form, or write to gifwebsolutions (chiocciola) gmail.com.
GIF Web Solutions is the name under which an individual publishes these applications: there is no company, so there is no registered office or VAT number to give. The contacts above are the only valid ones.
Your rights
Where personal data is processed, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 gives you the right to access it, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to the processing, and to receive it in a machine-readable format. You can exercise these rights using the contacts above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Children
The application is not directed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect data concerning them.
Changes to this policy
If the processing changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it. Earlier versions are not published: if you need a past version, ask at the contacts above.
