Kondexa privacy policy
Last updated: 2026-10-05
The demo published on this site collects no data. It is a static copy of the application with fictional data: there is no server behind it, nothing to save and no sign-up.
The demo
The demo is an HTML page containing the application's screens and a test building. There is no database, no sign-in area, and the buttons write nothing. We collect no data about visitors: no account, no cookies, no analytics service.
The names, suppliers and amounts shown are generated and belong to nobody.
The product installed at a customer
Kondexa is management software that the customer installs on their own hosting and fills with their own buildings' data. In that case the customer is the data controller: they decide which data to enter, for which purposes and for how long to keep it, and data subject requests go to them.
We have no access to those installations and do not receive the data they contain. Where we intervene at the customer's request for technical support, we do so on the customer's instructions.
This site's contact form
If you write to us from the site's form, we receive your name, email address, the type of enquiry and the text you wrote, together with the IP address the submission came from. Name, email, type and text are used only to reply to you; the IP arrives only in the email and serves to recognise abusive submissions. Nothing is used for anything else.
Who processes the data
The data controller is GIF Web Solutions. For any request concerning this policy or your data, please use the site's contact form, or write to gifwebsolutions (chiocciola) gmail.com.
GIF Web Solutions is the name under which an individual publishes these applications: there is no company, so there is no registered office or VAT number to give. The contacts above are the only valid ones.
Your rights
Where personal data is processed, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 gives you the right to access it, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to the processing, and to receive it in a machine-readable format. You can exercise these rights using the contacts above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Children
The application is not directed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect data concerning them.
Changes to this policy
If the processing changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it. Earlier versions are not published: if you need a past version, ask at the contacts above.
